Marketplace & orders

Browse the Marketplace, add products to your cart, and pay by card at checkout. Every purchase becomes an order you can track, and if something goes wrong you can report the problem from the order itself.

Pay through the app's card checkout, keep the conversation in Sebairo's chat, and report a problem from the order if a purchase goes wrong. Those three habits are most of what buying safely takes.

If a Marketplace order never arrived, is not as described, arrived damaged, or you changed your mind, report the problem from the order. Refunds are real card refunds — the money goes back to the card you paid with, and a partial refund is possible.

You pay for Marketplace orders by card at checkout, and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Marketplace purchases are not paid from your SBX wallet.

Only people who bought a product can review it. A review is attached to a real order — one review per product per order — so every rating on the Marketplace comes from an actual purchase.

Your orders lists everything you have bought on the Marketplace, with the current status of each order. Open an order to see its items, its total and the storefront it came from.

When a buyer reports a problem with an order, you are notified and the report appears for your storefront. You respond first: refund the buyer, in full or in part, or decline with a reason — and message them in chat either way.

When an order is paid you are notified and it appears in your storefront's orders. Arrange handover or delivery with the buyer in chat, then mark the order fulfilled when your part is done.

Card payments for Marketplace orders are collected securely by Sebairo. Automatic transfers of sale proceeds to sellers are not available, and Sebairo takes no commission on your sales.

A listing needs a title, a price and a category. Once you save it, it is live on the Marketplace immediately — there is no review step.

Stock tracking is optional per listing. Fill in the units in stock and Sebairo counts down automatically as you sell; leave it empty and the listing sells without a stock limit — the right setting for services or things you can always make more of.

Anyone with a Sebairo account can open a storefront. Create it, give it a name, and you can start listing — there is no application or approval step.
