Buying on the Marketplace
Browse the Marketplace, add products to your cart, and pay by card at checkout. Every purchase becomes an order you can track, and if something goes wrong you can report the problem from the order itself.
- Open the Marketplace and browse or search the listings.
- Open a product to see its photos, price and details, then add it to your cart. Prices are in US dollars.
- Check out and pay by card — payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- Track the purchase in your orders, from Pending through Paid and Fulfilled.
After you pay
The seller is notified and sees only your name and photo — orders carry no delivery address, so agree how and where you will receive the item with the seller in chat.
If something goes wrong
On a paid or fulfilled order, choose Report a problem. The seller responds first and can refund you — a real refund to the card you paid with. If the seller declines, you can escalate to Sebairo immediately; otherwise you can escalate 48 hours after reporting. Track your reports in My reports.
Keep the conversation and the payment inside Sebairo. Paying a seller outside the app leaves nothing to report a problem against.
