Our principle

User data belongs to users. Data is disclosed only in response to a valid, binding, narrowly-scoped legal request, and only the minimum that satisfies it. Every request is reviewed individually; overbroad or deficient requests are rejected.

What data exists at all

How to submit a request

Official requests are submitted by email to support@sebairo.com with a subject starting with [Law Enforcement], from an official agency address.

A request must include: the requesting agency and responsible officer, the legal basis, precise identification of the account concerned (phone number, email, or profile link), the specific data sought, and the time period.

Emergency disclosure

Where there is an imminent threat to someone's life or physical safety, requests titled [Law Enforcement — Emergency] are handled with top priority. Describe the danger and why it cannot await normal legal process.

User notice

Our policy is to notify users of requests for their data except where the law prohibits it or notice would endanger someone.
