Marketplace payments are made directly between you and the seller, so Sebairo does not receive the money and cannot refund it. To get a refund, contact the seller first, then use your payment method's own protection.

Marketplace payments are arranged directly between you and the seller, using any method you both agree on. The Marketplace has no checkout.

Any signed-in Sebairo user can rate a Marketplace listing. Each person can rate a product once, and sellers cannot rate their own store. A rating is one to five stars, with words and photos optional.

Marketplace purchases are agreed between you and the seller in chat and paid however the two of you choose. Sebairo keeps no order record, status or tracking screen; the conversation is your record.
