Your orders and what each status means

Your orders lists everything you have bought on the Marketplace, with the current status of each order. Open an order to see its items, its total and the storefront it came from.

Pending — the order exists but the payment has not been completed.
Paid — your card payment went through and the seller has been notified.
Fulfilled — the seller has marked the order as handed over or sent.
Cancelled — the order was stopped.
Refunded — your money was returned to your card after a problem report.

What Fulfilled means

Sebairo carries no delivery address, courier or tracking — you and the seller arrange handover or delivery in chat. Fulfilled means the seller says their part is done, so agree the delivery details in writing in the chat.

Reporting a problem

On a paid or fulfilled order — and on a cancelled order you were charged for — choose Report a problem. Your reports live in My reports, where you can follow the seller's answer, escalate to Sebairo, or withdraw the report.

A purchase you just completed can show as Pending for a short time while the payment is confirmed. If it stays Pending long after you paid, contact us from Settings → Help & Support.

Report a problem with an order and get a refund

Buying & your orders · If a Marketplace order never arrived, is not as described, arrived damaged, or you changed your mind, report the problem from the order. Refunds are real card refunds — the money goes back to the card you paid with, and a partial refund is possible.

How do I pay for a Marketplace order?

Buying & your orders · You pay for Marketplace orders by card at checkout, and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Marketplace purchases are not paid from your SBX wallet.

Buying on the Marketplace

Buying & your orders · Browse the Marketplace, add products to your cart, and pay by card at checkout. Every purchase becomes an order you can track, and if something goes wrong you can report the problem from the order itself.

Reviews and ratings on the Marketplace

Buying & your orders · Only people who bought a product can review it. A review is attached to a real order — one review per product per order — so every rating on the Marketplace comes from an actual purchase.
