Where are my orders?
Marketplace purchases are agreed between you and the seller in chat and paid however the two of you choose. Sebairo keeps no order record, status or tracking screen; the conversation is your record.
What to keep
Keep the chat where you agreed the price, what is included, how the item reaches you and how you paid. You will need it if anything is disputed, and moderation can read it if you report the seller.
If a purchase goes wrong
- Message the seller. Most problems are a delay or a misunderstanding.
- If that does not help, use the dispute process of the payment method you used. Sebairo does not receive payment for sales, so it cannot refund one.
- Report the listing, the seller or the conversation from the app so moderation can act. Report fraud to the police.

Sebairo does not hold money for a sale, release payments or charge a fee. Anyone who claims otherwise should be reported.
