Reviews and ratings on the Marketplace

Any signed-in Sebairo user can rate a Marketplace listing. Each person can rate a product once, and sellers cannot rate their own store. A rating is one to five stars, with words and photos optional.

1. Open the listing and tap Rate this product.
2. Tap the stars. Add words or photos if you want to. Stars alone make a complete review.

Edit or delete your review

You can edit or delete your review at any time from the listing's reviews. An edited review is marked as edited. Deleting it removes your stars from the product's rating and the storefront's rating.

Seller replies

The seller can post one public reply under your review, for future buyers to read.

Rules

• One review per person per product. You cannot review your own storefront.
• A seller's disagreement is not a reason to remove a review. If a review breaks the rules, such as spam, harassment or a personal attack, report it from the review.
• A review stays after the seller deletes the listing, with the product's name kept.

A storefront's rating comes from the reviews of the products it lists.
