Buying & your orders
Reviews and ratings on the Marketplace
Only people who bought a product can review it. A review is attached to a real order — one review per product per order — so every rating on the Marketplace comes from an actual purchase.
- Open your orders and find the item under Rate your purchases.
- Tap the stars, then add words or photos if you want to — the stars alone are a complete review.
Editing and deleting your review
You can edit or delete your review at any time. An edited review is marked as edited. Deleting it removes your stars from the product's and the storefront's ratings.
Seller replies
The seller can post one public reply under your review. There is no back-and-forth thread — the reply sits under the review for future buyers to read.
The rules
- You cannot review your own storefront.
- A buyer who was refunded can still review the purchase.
- Sebairo does not remove a review just because the seller disagrees with it. If a review breaks the rules — spam, harassment, a personal attack — report it.
A storefront's rating comes from the reviews of the products it sells, so a storefront cannot be rated by someone who never bought from it.
