How do I report something?

You can report content that breaks the rules from its own menu, almost anywhere you see it in Sebairo.

Open the menu on the content (usually the three dots).
Tap Report.
Pick the reason that fits best.
Add any details that help explain the problem, then send.

You can choose from these reasons:

Spam
Harassment
Hate speech
Violence
Nudity or sexual content
Scam or fraud
False information
Something else

What you can report

Posts, reels, stories, chat messages, comments, memories, profiles (from Connect), marketplace listings, storefronts and reviews can all be reported this way. Live streams have their own report option inside the stream.

Reports are confidential: the person you report is not told who reported them.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — a report in an app is never a substitute for that.

Safety & reporting · Our team reviews your report against Sebairo's rules. Content that breaks them is removed, and action can also be taken on the account behind it.

How do I block someone?

Safety & reporting · Open the person's profile or your conversation with them and choose Block from the menu. It takes effect immediately, and the other person is not notified.

How do I appeal a suspension?

Safety & reporting · Appeal by email: write to support@sebairo.com from any email address. There is no appeal form or button in the app — the email is the whole route.
