What happens after I report something?

Updated: 2026-08-27

Our team reviews your report against Sebairo's rules. Content that breaks them is removed, and action can also be taken on the account behind it.

The person you reported is never told who reported them. Reporting someone you still have to deal with does not expose you.

You may not receive an individual answer for every report, so hearing nothing does not mean your report was ignored. Reporting the same thing several times does not speed things up — one clear report with the right reason and a sentence of context is the most useful form.

If the content is aimed at you personally, you don't have to wait: blocking works immediately and is independent of the report.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — a report in an app is never a substitute for that.

Safety & reporting · A suspension blocks access to your account until our team lifts it. It does not expire on its own, and there is no set duration — the way back is to write to support.
