If your account is suspended

A suspension blocks access to your account until the Sebairo team lifts it. It has no set duration and does not expire on its own. To have it reviewed, contact support.

Accounts are suspended for breaking the rules, for example repeated spam, scams, harassment or posting content that violates them.

Ask for a review

Email support@sebairo.com from any email address. Include the phone number or email your Sebairo account uses so the team can find it, and explain in your own words what you think happened.

Your data is not deleted while your account is suspended. If the suspension is lifted, your account returns with everything in it.

Do not delete your account to reset it. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it does not end a suspension.
