Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sebairo account yourself, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

1. Open Settings → Accounts center.
2. In the Danger zone, choose Delete account permanently, then Continue.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.

What is deleted

Your account and profile; your posts, stories, reels, chats, notes and memories; your wallet, its credits and its history; any plan you were paying for; any saved payment details; the support conversations you opened; your personal finance books (your ledger, its entries and invoices); and the reports you filed. This data cannot be restored, including by Sebairo support.

What stays

• Activity and moderation logs, such as a workspace's activity feed or a live stream's moderation record, keep their entries with your name removed.
• A small number of audit records keep an anonymous identifier, never your name or contact details.
• Reports that other people made about you stay in Sebairo's moderation records.
• Files you uploaded to public areas, such as profile photos and post media, are not removed at the same moment as the account.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Deletion happens only through the steps above.

Before you delete

• Save anything you want to keep. Photos, notes and important messages must be copied out manually, because there is no data export.
• Use any credits you want. The balance is deleted with the account and cannot be refunded, and the unused part of a plan is not refunded either.
• Hand over any workspaces or storefronts you own so your team keeps access.

If you are leaving because of a problem, such as harassment, a billing issue or something not working, write to support@sebairo.com first. If you only want a break, signing out keeps everything for your return.
