How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your Sebairo account yourself, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

1. Open Settings → Accounts center.
2. Open the Danger zone and choose "Delete account permanently".
3. Confirm, then type DELETE to finish.

What deletion does

Your profile, posts, stories, reels, chats, notes and wallet history are removed, and an active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion. Neither you nor Sebairo support can bring the account back afterwards.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Deletion only happens through the steps above.

Before you delete

• Save anything you want to keep — there is no data export, so copy photos, notes and important messages out manually.
• Withdraw any cash balance from your wallet, and settle open Marketplace orders.
• Hand over any workspaces or storefronts you own so your team is not locked out.

If you are leaving because of a problem we could fix — harassment, a billing issue, something broken — consider writing to support@sebairo.com first. If you only want a break, signing out keeps everything for your return.
