Credits and your wallet balance

Your wallet holds one balance, in credits. 100 credits equal 1 SBX, and prices inside Sebairo, such as a plan or an ad budget, are shown in SBX. Money that other people pay you does not go into the wallet.

Where credits come from

Buy credits through Google Play with Top up in your wallet, at the price Google Play shows in your country. Credits arrive only this way: other people cannot send you credits, and Marketplace sales are not paid into your wallet.

What credits pay for

A Pro or Business plan and its renewals.
Advertising. You add credits to a campaign before it runs, and any unspent budget returns to your wallet as credits.

Limits

Credits cannot be sent to another person, withdrawn or exchanged for money. They are spent inside Sebairo only. If Google Play refunds a purchase, the credits it bought are removed from your wallet.

Every top-up, charge and return appears in your wallet history with a description.

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Credits are bought through Google Play from the Top up button in your wallet. Google Play shows each pack's price in your currency, and that is the price you pay. Google Play is the merchant for the purchase.

What costs money in Sebairo?

Plans & what costs money · Two things cost money in Sebairo: a Pro or Business plan and running ads. Both are paid from the credits in your wallet, and credits are bought through Google Play. Everything else is free.

How subscription billing works

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · A plan is paid from the credits in your wallet and renews from them, monthly or yearly depending on the billing you chose, until you cancel. Each plan's price is shown on the Plans screen, and you need that many credits in your wallet when you subscribe.

How ad billing works

Ads Manager · This article explains how ads are paid for. Ads are prepaid from the credits in your wallet: you add budget to a campaign, which moves credits from your balance onto it, and the campaign spends them as your ad is shown or clicked.

Can I withdraw money from my wallet?

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · No. Money in your wallet stays in Sebairo. It is spent on Pro or Business plans and on ad delivery, and it cannot be sent to another user.
