Buying credits for your wallet

Credits are bought through Google Play from the Top up button in your wallet. Google Play shows each pack's price in your currency, and that is the price you pay. Google Play is the merchant for the purchase.

Open your wallet and tap Top up.
Choose a pack. Larger packs carry bonus credits, and 100 credits make 1 SBX.
Confirm in Google Play's payment dialog. The credits appear in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What credits are

Your wallet holds one balance. Credits are spent inside Sebairo on a Pro or Business plan and on advertising. They cannot be sent to another person, withdrawn or exchanged for money.

If the credits do not appear straight away

A payment that Google Play is still processing shows as pending, and the credits arrive when it clears. If Google Play confirmed the charge but Sebairo could not yet verify it, delivery is retried automatically. If the credits still cannot be delivered, Google Play refunds the charge.

If the packs show as not yet on sale, credit purchases are not available in your store yet. Credits already in your wallet work as usual.

Google Play handles refunds for credit purchases under its own refund rules. Request one from your Google Play order history. When Google Play refunds a purchase, the credits it bought are removed from your wallet.

What costs money in Sebairo?

Plans & what costs money · Two things cost money in Sebairo: a Pro or Business plan and running ads. Both are paid from the credits in your wallet, and credits are bought through Google Play. Everything else is free.

How subscription billing works

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · A plan is paid from the credits in your wallet and renews from them, monthly or yearly depending on the billing you chose, until you cancel. Each plan's price is shown on the Plans screen, and you need that many credits in your wallet when you subscribe.

A charge in your wallet looks wrong

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Start with your wallet history. Every credit and debit is recorded there with a description and a reference, which shows what each charge was for.
