Topping up your SBX Wallet

Buying SBX is not available in the app right now. The Top up screen in your wallet says so when you open it.

SBX already in your wallet works normally: it pays for subscriptions and ad delivery, credits first and then cash.

You can still receive SBX. When someone sends you SBX from their wallet, it arrives in your cash balance, which you can spend, send or withdraw.

SBX purchases are not refundable, and neither are subscription payments made from your wallet.

What's the difference between credits and cash in my wallet?

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Your SBX Wallet holds two balances: credits and cash. Credits are SBX you bought or received as a bonus — you can spend them in Sebairo, but not send or withdraw them. Cash is SBX other people sent you — you can spend it, send it to someone else, or withdraw it.

Sending SBX and payment requests

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · You can send SBX to another Sebairo user from your wallet. Only cash can be sent — the SBX other people sent you. Credits (SBX you bought or received as a bonus) cannot leave your account.

How subscription billing works

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Subscription payments come from your SBX Wallet: credits are used first, then cash. This is the same whether you choose monthly or yearly billing.
