A charge in your wallet looks wrong

Start with your wallet history. Every credit and debit is recorded there with a description and a reference, so it shows exactly what each charge was for.

Two things are paid from your wallet: subscription payments and ad delivery. Ad charges name the campaign — an unexpected repeating charge is usually a campaign that is still delivering. Pause the campaign in Ads Manager to stop the spend immediately.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal leaves your balance when you request it, not when it is paid out, so a pending withdrawal is money already set aside. If you cancel it while it is still pending, or it is rejected, the amount returns to your balance.

Refunds

SBX purchases and subscription payments are not refundable.

What's the difference between credits and cash in my wallet?

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Your SBX Wallet holds two balances: credits and cash. Credits are SBX you bought or received as a bonus — you can spend them in Sebairo, but not send or withdraw them. Cash is SBX other people sent you — you can spend it, send it to someone else, or withdraw it.

Withdrawing your cash balance

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · You can withdraw your cash balance — the SBX other people sent you. The minimum withdrawal is 10 SBX (£10). Credits (SBX you bought or received as a bonus) cannot be withdrawn.

How ad billing works

Ads Manager · Ads are paid for from your SBX wallet as they are delivered — you are never charged the whole budget up front. Credits are used first, then your cash balance.
