Selling on the Marketplace
Anyone on Sebairo can sell. Open a storefront, list what you are selling, and buyers contact you in chat. You and the buyer agree the sale and the payment between yourselves. There are no orders, no checkout and no fees.
- Open the Marketplace, tap Sell to reach Market Management, and open a storefront. There is no approval step, listing fee or commission.
- Add listings with photos, a description, a price and a condition. A listing appears on the Marketplace as soon as you save it.
- A buyer taps Message to ask about a listing, or Send offer to name a price. Both arrive in your chats, or in your company's customer inbox if the storefront trades as a company.
- Agree the price, how and where the item changes hands, and how you will be paid. The chat is the record of the deal.
- After the sale, use Set stock to bring the count to zero, or pause or delete the listing, so nobody else messages you about it.
Getting paid
The buyer pays you directly, by whatever method you both agree. Nothing from a sale passes through Sebairo or reaches your wallet. See How do Marketplace sellers get paid?
Reviews
Any signed-in user can rate a listing, once per person, and never on their own store. You can post one public reply under each review and report a review that breaks the rules.
If a buyer reports a problem
The buyer contacts you directly in chat. Sebairo has no report form or refund button for sales. See What to do when a buyer says something went wrong.
