Selling & your storefront
Selling on the Marketplace
Anyone on Sebairo can sell: open a storefront, list your products, and handle orders as they come in.
- Open a storefront and give it a name — there is no approval step.
- Add listings with photos, descriptions and prices. Prices are in US dollars, and a listing is live as soon as you save it.
- When someone buys and pays, you are notified and the order appears in your storefront's orders.
- Arrange handover or delivery with the buyer in chat, then mark the order fulfilled.
What you see about the buyer
Orders show the buyer's name and photo only — there is no delivery address, so the chat is where you agree how the item reaches them.
Money, reviews and problems
For how and when you receive money for your sales, see Getting paid as a seller.
Buyers can rate and review what they bought from you, and you can post one public reply to each review.
A buyer can also report a problem with an order. Respond promptly — if you decline, the buyer can escalate to Sebairo immediately, and otherwise 48 hours after reporting.
