How do Marketplace sellers get paid?

Card payments for Marketplace orders are collected securely by Sebairo. Automatic transfers of sale proceeds to sellers are not available, and Sebairo takes no commission on your sales.

A sale does not add money to your SBX wallet — not to your credits and not to your cash balance.

Practical guidance for sellers

Agree the price, the handover and the delivery with the buyer in Sebairo's chat before you mark the order fulfilled.
Keep proof of what you agreed and what you delivered — the chat itself is your record.
The order keeps the items, the total and the buyer's name, so your past sales stay documented.

If a buyer reports a problem with an order and it ends in a refund, the money is returned to the buyer's card.

Selling & your storefront · When an order is paid you are notified and it appears in your storefront's orders. Arrange handover or delivery with the buyer in chat, then mark the order fulfilled when your part is done.

A buyer reported a problem with an order — what now?

Selling & your storefront · When a buyer reports a problem with an order, you are notified and the report appears for your storefront. You respond first: refund the buyer, in full or in part, or decline with a reason — and message them in chat either way.

Open a storefront on the Marketplace

Selling & your storefront · Anyone with a Sebairo account can open a storefront. Create it, give it a name, and you can start listing — there is no application or approval step.
