Selling & your storefront

Opening a store, listing products, managing stock and completing a sale.

What to do when a buyer says something went wrong
This article explains what to do when a buyer tells you something went wrong with a sale. Marketplace sales and payments are settled between buyer and seller, so the buyer contacts you in chat and the two of you resolve it.
Complete a sale
Marketplace sales are arranged in chat. A buyer messages you about a listing or sends you an offer, and the two of you agree the sale there.
Getting paid as a seller
The buyer pays you directly, by any method the two of you agree, such as cash on collection, a bank transfer or a payment app. Sebairo does not collect payment for a sale, and takes no commission and no listing fee.
List a product for sale
A listing needs a title, a price and a category. When you save it, it goes live on the Marketplace immediately. There is no review step.
Track stock on your listings
Stock tracking is optional for each listing. Enter the units you have and buyers see whether the item is still available. Leave it empty and the listing shows no stock figure, which suits services and things you can always make more of.
Open a storefront on the Marketplace
Anyone with a Sebairo account can open a storefront and start listing. There is no application, no approval step, no listing fee and no commission.
Selling on the Marketplace
Anyone on Sebairo can sell. Open a storefront, list what you are selling, and buyers contact you in chat. You and the buyer agree the sale and the payment between yourselves. There are no orders, no checkout and no fees.
