Chats & calls

The Business tab in Chats gathers every conversation connected to a company, kept separate from your personal chats so work and personal messages never bury each other. It holds:

Most call trouble comes down to connection, permissions, notifications, or the other person's settings. Work through these in order:

Create a poll from the attachment menu in any conversation. It appears in the chat as a message, everyone in the conversation can vote, and results update live.

Create a group from the Chats tab: give it a name, add at least one other person, and it's ready.

The Business tab holds two kinds of conversation: customer conversations, between your company and one person outside it, and your team group, where colleagues talk to each other. Knowing which one you are typing in is the one mistake worth avoiding.

Admins manage the group. The person who created it is an admin, and an admin can make any other member one.

Press and hold a message to see its actions. On any message you can reply, react, copy, forward, star, pin, save to notes, and report (other people's messages); on your own messages you can also edit and delete.

All your conversations live in the Chats tab. To start a new one:

Call someone from your conversation with them: tap the phone icon for a voice call or the camera icon for a video call. Calls run over Wi-Fi or mobile data — there are no per-minute charges from Sebairo, only your normal data usage.

Two settings control who can reach you: one decides who may start a new conversation with you, and one decides who may call you.
