What you can do with a message

Press and hold a message in a chat to see its actions. On any message you can reply, react, copy, forward, star, pin and save it to your notes. On other people's messages you can also report. On your own messages you can edit and delete.

• Reply: quote the message and attach your answer to it.
• React: add an emoji to the message.
• Copy: copy the text.
• Forward: send a copy to one or more other conversations.
• Star: mark a message for yourself. Stars are private to you.
• Pin: keep one message at the top of the conversation. Pinning another message replaces it.
• Save to notes: keep a copy in your notes, with a link back to the original.
• Report: flag another person's message for review.
• Edit: change your own message. It is marked as edited afterwards.
• Delete for everyone: remove your own message for all participants. A "message deleted" marker stays in its place. There is no time limit.
