How do polls in a chat work?
Create a poll from the attachment menu in any conversation. It appears in the chat as a message, everyone in the conversation can vote, and results update live.
- Open the conversation and open the attachment menu.
- Choose Poll.
- Write the question, add your answer options, and choose whether people may pick more than one.
- Send it.
Chat polls are not anonymous: votes are visible to the participants of the conversation. Treat one like a show of hands in a room, and don't use it for anything people would only answer privately.
Managing your polls
Close, reopen, see results, or delete a poll from the Insights & Polls app in the Apps tab. Only the person who created the poll can manage it.
Polls on feed posts follow different rules: a poll attached to a post can be seen and voted on by anyone signed in to Sebairo, whatever the post's audience is.
