Start a chat
All your conversations are in the Chats tab. To start a new one:
- Open the Chats tab.
- Tap the compose button.
- Pick a person. The conversation opens and you can start writing.
You can send text, photos, videos, voice notes, files, stickers and GIFs from the built-in pack, as well as polls, locations and contacts. Reply to a specific message to keep long conversations easy to follow, and search inside a conversation to find anything in its history.
Groups
A group lets you talk with several people at once. Create one from the compose button, give it a name and a photo, and add members. Any member can add more people later.
Each chat has its own controls. Mute a conversation to stop its notifications, or set a disappearing-messages timer so new messages delete themselves after that time.
Message requests
If you message someone you have no connection with yet, your first message reaches them as a message request. You can send one text message, and the full conversation opens once they accept or reply.
The "who can message you" setting decides who can open a new conversation with you.
If messages are not sending, check your connection first. If the problem continues, email support@sebairo.com and describe what you see.
