How Sebairo protects your messages
Sebairo protects your messages with encrypted connections and encrypted storage, and gives you controls over who can reach you.
Encryption
Everything that travels between your phone and Sebairo goes over an encrypted connection, and stored data is encrypted at rest. Someone on the same public network cannot read your messages in transit.
Who can see a conversation
A conversation is visible to its participants: the people in a chat or group, or the company and customer in a customer conversation. Messages in a chat are not shown to anyone outside it.
Your controls
- Block a person to stop them contacting you.
- Choose who can message you and who can see your profile.
- Report a message, a person or a live stream, and our team reviews it.
When Sebairo staff can access content
Staff access is limited to specific cases: a report that needs reviewing, a fault you ask us to fix, or a legal requirement.
