Signing in & account security
Keeping your account secure
A strong password you use nowhere else, and contact details that are current and under your control, are what protect your Sebairo account.
- Use a strong, unique password. Most account takeovers come from passwords reused on other sites; a password manager solves that permanently.
- Keep your phone number and email current in Settings → Accounts center. They are how sign-in codes and password resets reach you, and recovery routes that point somewhere you no longer own make an account genuinely hard to get back.
- Never share your password or a sign-in code with anyone — not even someone who says they work for Sebairo.
- Sign out when you use Sebairo on a shared or borrowed device.
Sebairo never asks for your password, a one-time code or a card number — not in a chat, an email or a phone call. Anyone asking for one is pretending to be us.
If something looks wrong
If you think someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately, and use one you have never used anywhere else. Then report what happened to support@sebairo.com.
