How do I reset a forgotten password?

Updated: 2026-08-27

There are two ways back in: a reset link sent to the email on your account, or — for a phone account — signing in with an SMS code and then setting a new password.

Reset by email

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address on your account.
  3. Open the link that arrives, on the phone where Sebairo is installed, and type your new password.

If tapping the link does not open the app, copy the whole link and paste it into the recovery box on the reset screen — it completes the same way.

Only a confirmed email address can receive the reset link. If nothing arrives, check that you entered the address you actually signed up with, and check the spam folder.

Reset with your phone number

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose to sign in with an SMS code instead of a password.
  2. Confirm the code we send to your number.
  3. When the app prompts you, set a new password.

Nobody at Sebairo can tell you your password — it is not stored in a readable form. Any message asking for your password or a one-time code is not from Sebairo.

If you can no longer reach the email or the phone number on your account, write to support@sebairo.com from an address you control and explain the situation.
