Signing in & account security

A strong password you use nowhere else, and contact details that are current and under your control, are what protect your Sebairo account.

There are two ways back in: a reset link sent to the email on your account, or — for a phone account — signing in with an SMS code and then setting a new password.

You can sign in with your phone number and password, with a one-time SMS code, with your email and password, or with your Google or Apple account.

Sebairo never asks for your password, a one-time code or a card number — not in a chat, an email or a phone call. No genuine feature needs them, so anyone asking is pretending to be us, however convincing they look.
