Any member except the owner can leave a workspace from its settings. The owner can transfer ownership, admins can archive and restore the workspace, and only the owner can delete it.

Customer messages arrive in your company's customer inbox. The owner can always answer, and so can members the owner has allowed to handle customers. Handling customers is a per-member setting that members do not get automatically. Contractors never see the customer inbox.

Files in a workspace are private to that workspace. Only its members can open them, according to the Files app's permissions for their role, and a file link does not work for anyone outside the workspace.

A workspace has four roles: owner, admin, member and contractor. Owners and admins can do everything. A member's access is set per app: view, create, edit, delete and approve are decided separately for each module. A contractor is outside the team and holds no app permissions.

A workspace is a shared home for a team or company in Sebairo. It holds projects with tasks, shared notes, a file library and a calendar, visible only to its members.
