Workspaces & teams

Members, roles and invitations — plus projects, tasks, notes, files and calendar.

How do I invite someone to my workspace?
Team members join a workspace by invitation: you send an invite, and the person becomes a member only when they accept. They can also decline.
Clients and your company's public page
Workspaces include a shared client list (CRM), and each company has one public page where customers find you, message you, and place orders or bookings.
How your company exists in Sebairo
There is no separate login for a business. You always sign in as yourself, and your company exists as a workspace you and your colleagues belong to — no shared company password, and nobody needs your personal account to do their job.
How do I create a workspace?
Create a workspace from the Workspaces app. A five-step wizard walks you through the setup, and the workspace is ready to use as soon as you finish.
Leaving, archiving or deleting a workspace
Anyone except the owner can leave a workspace from its settings. Owners can transfer ownership, admins can archive and restore the workspace, and only the owner can delete it.
Who can answer your customers?
Messages from customers arrive in your company's customer inbox. The owner can always answer, and so can team members the owner has allowed to handle customers. Handling customers is a per-member setting — members don't get it automatically, and guests never see the customer inbox.
Files in a workspace
Files in a workspace are private to that workspace: only its members can open them, according to the Files app's permissions for their role. A file link doesn't work for anyone outside the workspace.
Roles, permissions and apps in a workspace
A workspace has four roles — owner, admin, member and guest. Owners and admins can do everything; what members and guests can do is set per app: view, create, edit, delete and approve are decided separately for each module.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a shared home for a team or company inside Sebairo. It holds projects with tasks, shared notes, a file library and a calendar — all in one place, and visible only to its members.
