How do I invite someone to my workspace?

Team members join a workspace by invitation: you send an invite, and the person becomes a member only when they accept. They can also decline.

Open the workspace and go to Members.
Tap Invite and search for the person by name. They need a Sebairo account already — you never create an account or handle a password for them.
Choose their role — admin, member or guest — and send the invitation.

Until the person responds, the invitation is pending. Invitations expire after 14 days; if one expires, you can send a new one. You can also invite your first people during the setup wizard when creating the workspace.

Changing roles and removing people

Admins can change a member's role or remove them from the Members list. Removing takes effect immediately: the person loses access to everything in the workspace, and everything they created stays with the team.

Roles are per workspace — being an admin in one workspace changes nothing in any other.

Workspaces & teams · Anyone except the owner can leave a workspace from its settings. Owners can transfer ownership, admins can archive and restore the workspace, and only the owner can delete it.

How do I create a workspace?

Workspaces & teams · Create a workspace from the Workspaces app. A five-step wizard walks you through the setup, and the workspace is ready to use as soon as you finish.
