What is a workspace?

A workspace is a shared home for a team or company inside Sebairo. It holds projects with tasks, shared notes, a file library and a calendar — all in one place, and visible only to its members.

Organize work as projects and break each project into tasks you can assign and track to completion. Notes hold decisions and documentation, Files holds the team's documents, and the Calendar holds deadlines and events.

Team members join by invitation and see the workspace's content according to their role — owner, admin, member or guest. Each app in the workspace sets what each role can view, create, edit or delete.

Beyond the core apps, a workspace can switch on optional ones — CRM, inventory, HR and finance — from workspace settings.

Workspaces are private. If you leave or are removed, you lose access to everything inside — a workspace and its content belong to the team, not to any one member's account.
