What is a workspace?

A workspace is a shared home for a team or company in Sebairo. It holds projects with tasks, shared notes, a file library and a calendar, visible only to its members.

Organize work as projects and break each project into tasks that you assign and track to completion. Notes hold decisions and documentation, Files holds the team's documents, and the Calendar holds deadlines and events.

Members join by invitation and see the workspace according to their role: owner, admin or member. Each app sets what each role can view, create, edit or delete. People from outside the company can be added as contractors, who cannot open any of the workspace's apps.

Beyond the core apps, you can switch on optional ones (CRM, inventory, HR and finance) in workspace settings.

If you leave or are removed, you lose access to everything in the workspace. A workspace and its content belong to the team, not to any one member's account.

Workspaces & teams · A workspace has four roles: owner, admin, member and contractor. Owners and admins can do everything. A member's access is set per app: view, create, edit, delete and approve are decided separately for each module. A contractor is outside the team and holds no app permissions.

Leave, archive or delete a workspace

Workspaces & teams · Any member except the owner can leave a workspace from its settings. The owner can transfer ownership, admins can archive and restore the workspace, and only the owner can delete it.
