How your company exists in Sebairo
There is no separate login for a business. You always sign in as yourself, and your company exists as a workspace you and your colleagues belong to — no shared company password, and nobody needs your personal account to do their job.
You create a company from Workspaces through a five-step wizard: its identity (logo, name, tagline, accent colour), the organization's details (type, size, country, contact details), the apps it starts with, the first people you invite and their roles, and a review before anything is created. A team group chat is created with the workspace automatically.
Inside, the company is a real container: projects and tasks, notes, files, a calendar and a client list. Everything the team does there belongs to the company, not to whoever created it.
The company has two faces to customers: its public page — publish it and the company appears in the Business Hub directory — and its customer inbox, where customers' messages arrive.
Money follows the company too: orders completed on its page are recorded in its books, and an ad campaign run for the organization is recorded there as well.
Membership is what grants access. Someone who leaves or is removed loses access to everything inside, and everything they made stays with the company.
You can belong to several companies at once, and the customer inbox shows all of them together by default.
