This article explains how a company works in Sebairo. You sign in with your own account, and your company is a workspace that you and your colleagues belong to. Each person uses their own login.

Create a company from Workspaces with a five-step wizard: identity (logo, name, tagline and accent colour), organization details (type, size, country and contact details), the apps it starts with, the first people you invite and their roles, and a final review. A team group chat is created with the workspace.

A workspace holds projects and tasks, notes, files, a calendar and a client list. Everything the team creates there belongs to the company.

Customers reach your company through its public page and its customer inbox. Publish the page to list the company in the Business Hub directory. Customers' messages arrive in the inbox.

Orders completed on the company's page are recorded in its books, and so are ad campaigns run for the organization.

Membership controls access. A person who leaves or is removed loses access to the workspace, and what they created stays with the company.

You can belong to several companies. By default, the customer inbox shows all of them together.

Your company's public page

Business Hub · Your company has one public page in the Business Hub. It shows your cover and logo, name and tagline, an about section, an address, contact actions, your catalogue of products and services, and your open jobs. It starts as an unpublished draft and becomes public when you publish it.

Managing conversations in the customer inbox

Business Hub · The customer inbox holds your company's conversations with customers. Each customer has one conversation with your company, created the first time they message your public page. A client record is added to your client list at the same time.

Your business page and storefront

Business Hub · This article explains where your business appears on Sebairo. A company is presented through its public page in the Business Hub. Products are listed through a Marketplace storefront, where buyers message you and settle the sale with you.
