Your company's public page

Your company has one public page in the Business Hub. It shows your cover and logo, name and tagline, an about section, an address, contact actions, your catalogue of products and services, and your open jobs. It starts as an unpublished draft and becomes public when you publish it.

A published page is visible to every signed-in Sebairo user, appears in the Business Hub directory where people browse by category, and can also be seen by visitors on the web.

Customers don't sign in to your page and don't get client accounts. What a customer sees is the page itself, their own orders and bookings with you, and a Message button.

Orders and bookings

Customers can place an order or a booking against your catalogue. An order moves through statuses: placed, confirmed, in progress, ready, then completed or cancelled. The client record is created when the order is placed, and completing an order records the sale in your books.

Messages

The Message button opens a conversation between the customer and your company in the customer inbox, and creates a client record marked as a lead.
