Clients, deals and invoices
The Clients app keeps your company's client list, the CRM turns clients into deals you move through a pipeline, and winning a deal drafts an invoice for it automatically.
Clients arrive two ways: automatically, when a customer messages your public page or places an order, or by hand in the Clients app. You can link a client record to a Sebairo account so the record, the conversation and the orders line up — linking doesn't notify the person or give them anything.
Invoices
Invoices are records you manage in the app. Draft an invoice, add its items, and move it through its statuses — draft, sent, paid, overdue or void — as the money moves in real life. Marking an invoice paid posts the income to your books.
"Sent" is a status you set to record that you delivered the invoice to your client. Changing the status doesn't deliver anything on its own.
Orders from your public page
Orders placed on your public page follow their own flow — placed, confirmed, in progress, ready, then completed or cancelled. The client record is created when the order is placed, and completing the order records the sale in your books. If most of your work arrives as orders, you may not need invoices at all.
