Clients and your company's public page
Workspaces include a shared client list (CRM), and each company has one public page where customers find you, message you, and place orders or bookings.
The client list keeps who your clients are, how to reach them and where each relationship stands. It is visible to your team only. Client records are created automatically when a customer messages your page or places an order, and you can also add clients by hand.
The public page is one page for the whole company — there is no separate portal per client, and clients don't sign in or have client accounts. What a customer sees is your published page and their own orders with you.
From the client list you can also run deals and invoices, so the money side follows the relationship.
