AI Terms (withdrawn)
Sebairo no longer has an AI assistant. The feature these terms governed — an assistant that could read and write your data, act on your behalf and spend from your balance — was removed from the product on 15 August 2026. These terms are therefore withdrawn and bind nobody. This page stays because a withdrawn legal document should be visible as withdrawn rather than silently deleted: the earlier version remains in the change log, so what these terms said, and the date they stopped applying, can still be checked.
1. These terms are withdrawn
These terms no longer apply to anyone. They are not enforced against you, and they grant Sebairo nothing. No acceptance of the Terms of Service on or after the date this page was published includes these AI Terms.
If you accepted the Terms of Service while the AI existed, the permissions these terms described — acting on your behalf, publishing for you, spending from your balance — ended when the feature was removed. Nothing in the product can exercise them, because nothing in the product does that any more.
2. What was removed
The assistant was removed from the app, from the servers and from the database. That includes the paths these terms existed to govern:
- The assistant itself, and every screen that reached it.
- The ability for an assistant to read or write your data, publish anything, or commit any part of your balance.
- The bring-your-own-key path, where you could supply your own AI provider key. Keys stored for that path were deleted with it.
- The sending of your prompts to any model provider, because there are no prompts.
No feature in Sebairo replaces it. If an AI feature is ever added, it will need its own terms, published and dated here before it does anything, and this document will not be reused to cover it.
3. What this means for your data
Your content is no longer sent to any model provider, because nothing sends it. How Sebairo handles your personal data now is described in the Privacy Policy, and the full list of companies that process data on Sebairo's behalf is on the Sub-processors page. Both are the current documents; this one is not.
Sebairo never trained models on your content — there was no training pipeline in the product while the assistant existed, and there is none now.
4. The record
The withdrawn text has not been deleted. Every published version of every Sebairo legal document is kept permanently and listed on the changes page, including the version of these AI Terms that applied until 15 August 2026. That is deliberate: a company should not be able to make its own past terms disappear.
If you believe you were affected by something the assistant did while it existed, write to support@sebairo.com and it will be looked at against the terms that applied at the time, not against this page.
