Sebairo's legal documents
Every document in one place, each with a plain sentence saying what it actually governs and the date it last changed. These describe a system that exists — they are checked against the code rather than assembled from a template.
The agreement
The documents that form the contract between you and Sebairo. If you read only one thing here, read the Terms.
Terms of Service
The whole agreement: who may open an account, who owns what you post, how the wallet and subscriptions work, when an account can be suspended, and the limits on what Sebairo is liable for.
Last changed: 26 August 2026Acceptable Use Policy
The line between using Sebairo and misusing it — harassment, fraud, illegal content, spam, scraping and attacks on the platform — and what happens when someone crosses it.
Last changed: 26 August 2026Privacy Policy
The binding privacy document: what is collected, the legal basis for each use, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights you can exercise.

Money and the Marketplace
Sebairo carries real money between real people. These terms say who owes whom, who holds the funds, and what happens when a sale goes wrong.
AI (withdrawn)
Sebairo had an AI assistant until 15 August 2026. It was removed from the product, and the terms that governed it are withdrawn — kept here, marked as withdrawn, rather than quietly deleted.
Data and third parties
What the website stores on your device, and every outside company that touches Sebairo data on its way to doing a job.
Cookie Policy
Every cookie Sebairo's websites set — there are very few — what each is for, what is deliberately absent, and how to remove them.
Last changed: 10 August 2026Sub-processors
The named list of outside services Sebairo runs on — the database, the payment processor, the call carrier, the push service, the SMS sender and the website host — and exactly what each one receives.
Last changed: 26 August 2026
Requests, reports and copyright
How an authority, a rights holder or anyone else asks Sebairo to act — and what Sebairo will and will not do in response.
Law Enforcement Guidelines
For authorities: what data exists at all, what legal process is required to obtain it, how to serve a request, the emergency path, and when the user is told.
Last changed: 10 August 2026Copyright and Counter-Notice
How to report content that infringes your copyright, what a usable notice must contain, how the person you reported can answer, and what repeat infringement costs.
Last changed: 10 August 2026Transparency Report
The figures on government requests, removals and appeals. No report has been published yet — this page says so, and sets out exactly what the first one will count.

History
Legal documents that change silently are not worth reading. Every change to anything above is logged here with its date.
If something here is wrong, say so
If you find a place where one of these documents claims more than Sebairo actually does, that is a bug in the document. Write to support@sebairo.com and the wording is corrected — and the correction is logged, with its date, on the changes page.
