Hiring & contracts

Reviewing applicants

Updated: 2026-08-27

The hiring pipeline in your workspace lists every application to your open jobs, newest first. It is visible to workspace owners, admins and members with HR permission — ordinary members cannot see it.

For each application you see the job it is for, the current status, when it arrived, and the candidate's cover note, alongside their profile card: name and photo, work title, education, skills, about, city and country, and whether they are open to work.

There is no attached CV to look for. Candidates apply with their profile and a cover note — the CV Builder is private to its owner and employers never see it — so the profile card and the note are the whole application.

Moving an application along

  1. Open the application from the pipeline.
  2. Change its status: reviewing, shortlisted, rejected or hired.
  3. The candidate gets a notification each time you change the status.

Hiring is more than a label: marking someone hired generates an employment contract and sends it to them in a private one-to-one chat for signature. Only use it when you mean it.

A candidate can withdraw their own application at any time. Withdrawing removes it from the pipeline, and there is no notification when that happens.

Posting a job
Hiring & contracts · Workspace owners and admins can post jobs for their company from the workspace's HR screen. Open jobs appear in the Jobs tab, where candidates can browse, search and apply.
How employment contracts work
Hiring & contracts · When you mark an applicant as hired, Sebairo generates an employment contract and sends it to the candidate in a private one-to-one chat. The contract is built from the job post — the company, the position, the employment type, the workplace arrangement, and the salary from the job's salary details.
The HR conversation
Hiring & contracts · Hiring messages and employment contracts are delivered in a private one-to-one chat between the company and the candidate — the HR conversation. It is separate from the company's customer conversations and from the team group.
What an employer sees when you apply
Jobs & hiring · When you apply for a job, the employer sees your Sebairo profile plus your cover note — not anything from the CV Builder. The app calls this your career card: your name and photo, work title, education, skills, about, city and country, and whether you are open to work.
