Posting a job

Updated: 2026-08-27

Workspace owners and admins can post jobs for their company from the workspace's HR screen. Open jobs appear in the Jobs tab, where candidates can browse, search and apply.

  1. Open your workspace and go to the HR screen.
  2. Start a new job post and enter a title and description.
  3. Set the location, the employment type (full time, part time, contract, freelance or internship) and the workplace arrangement (on site, remote or hybrid). These are what candidates filter on.
  4. Add a salary range. It is optional but recommended — and if you later hire someone, the employment contract's salary comes from the job's salary details.
  5. Publish the job.

Who can see your job

Open jobs are public: any signed-in Sebairo user can find them, and signed-out visitors on the web can see them too. Your company's name and logo appear with the job, so candidates can see who is hiring.

Candidates apply with their Sebairo profile (work title, education, skills, about) and a cover note — there is no attached CV file. The more specific your description, the more useful the cover notes you get back.

Closing a job takes it out of browsing but keeps the job and its applications. Candidates get a notification whenever you change their application's status.

Reviewing applicants
Hiring & contracts · The hiring pipeline in your workspace lists every application to your open jobs, newest first. It is visible to workspace owners, admins and members with HR permission — ordinary members cannot see it.
How employment contracts work
Hiring & contracts · When you mark an applicant as hired, Sebairo generates an employment contract and sends it to the candidate in a private one-to-one chat. The contract is built from the job post — the company, the position, the employment type, the workplace arrangement, and the salary from the job's salary details.
The HR conversation
Hiring & contracts · Hiring messages and employment contracts are delivered in a private one-to-one chat between the company and the candidate — the HR conversation. It is separate from the company's customer conversations and from the team group.
Roles, permissions and apps in a workspace
Workspaces & teams · A workspace has four roles — owner, admin, member and guest. Owners and admins can do everything; what members and guests can do is set per app: view, create, edit, delete and approve are decided separately for each module.
