The HR conversation

Hiring messages and employment contracts are delivered in a private one-to-one chat between the company and the candidate, called the HR conversation. It is separate from the company's customer conversations and from the team group.

The HR conversation carries the company's name, so the candidate is talking to the company. On the company side it is visible to the workspace's admins and HR managers; ordinary members cannot see it.

HR conversation and customer inbox

The customer inbox is where customers talk to your company. It is answered by the owner and the members allowed to handle customers. Keep employment matters (offers, contracts, salary) in the HR conversation, and orders and service questions in the customer conversation.

Both kinds of company conversation appear under the Business tab in Chats, apart from your personal chats.

To let someone handle recruitment without making them an admin, give them the workspace's HR permission. The hiring pipeline and HR conversations are available to owners, admins and members with HR permission.

Hiring & contracts · When you mark an applicant as hired, Sebairo generates an employment contract and sends it to the candidate in a private one-to-one chat. The contract is built from the job post: the company, position, employment type, workplace arrangement and the salary from the job's salary details.

Signing an employment contract

Jobs & hiring · When a company hires you, the employment contract arrives in a private one-to-one chat between you and the company. You sign it by typing your full name, or you can decline. Only you can sign your contract.

Roles, permissions and apps in a workspace

Workspaces & teams · A workspace has four roles: owner, admin, member and contractor. Owners and admins can do everything. A member's access is set per app: view, create, edit, delete and approve are decided separately for each module. A contractor is outside the team and holds no app permissions.
