Hiring & contracts

When you mark an applicant as hired, Sebairo generates an employment contract and sends it to the candidate in a private one-to-one chat. The contract is built from the job post — the company, the position, the employment type, the workplace arrangement, and the salary from the job's salary details.

Workspace owners and admins can post jobs for their company from the workspace's HR screen. Open jobs appear in the Jobs tab, where candidates can browse, search and apply.

The hiring pipeline in your workspace lists every application to your open jobs, newest first. It is visible to workspace owners, admins and members with HR permission — ordinary members cannot see it.

Hiring messages and employment contracts are delivered in a private one-to-one chat between the company and the candidate — the HR conversation. It is separate from the company's customer conversations and from the team group.
