Creating an ad campaign

Updated: 2026-08-27

You create campaigns in the Ads Manager. Nothing is charged while you build one, and you can save it as a draft at any point before launching.

  1. Open the Ads Manager and choose New campaign.
  2. Choose who the ad runs as, give the campaign a name (only you see it), and pick an objective: awareness, traffic, engagement, leads or sales.
  3. Choose where a tap on the ad takes people — for example a chat with your business, your storefront, a single listing, or a job opening.
  4. Add the creative: a headline, body text, images or a video, and the button wording.
  5. Set delivery: pick placements (home feed, Marketplace, Jobs, reels), set the budget and an optional daily budget, choose pricing per 1,000 views (CPM) or per click (CPC), and set the schedule.
  6. Preview the ad in each placement you selected, then launch it — or save it as a draft and come back later.

A draft is never delivered and never costs anything. Once the campaign runs, you pay from your SBX wallet as the ad is delivered.

Who your ad can be shown to
Ads Manager · You can target an ad by country, language, city, interests, and whether someone is open to work. Anything you leave empty does not restrict the audience — an empty audience means everyone eligible.
Where your ad appears
Ads Manager · A placement is a part of Sebairo where your ad can be shown. There are four: the home feed, the Marketplace, Jobs and reels. You choose placements when you set up delivery, and you can pick several — but at least one.
Budget, daily budget and campaign statuses
Ads Manager · A campaign's budget is the most it will ever spend. You are charged from your SBX wallet as the ad is delivered, never up front — the budget is a ceiling, not a payment.
How ad billing works
Ads Manager · Ads are paid for from your SBX wallet as they are delivered — you are never charged the whole budget up front. Credits are used first, then your cash balance.
Reading your campaign results
Ads Manager · A campaign's screen shows how it is doing: impressions (how many times the ad was shown), reach (how many different people saw it — a count, never who they were), clicks, and the click-through rate. Everything is totals; you never see individual viewers.
