Can I send SBX to another user, or request a payment?

No. The wallet does not send money to another user or request a payment from one.

Credits (SBX you bought or received as a bonus) are spent inside Sebairo, on Pro or Business plans and on ad delivery.

Getting paid by someone else

If another person owes you money, for example for a Marketplace sale or a shared bill, arrange the payment directly between you. Sebairo does not move money between people. See How do Marketplace sellers get paid?

Credits and your wallet balance

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Your wallet holds one balance, in credits. 100 credits equal 1 SBX, and prices inside Sebairo, such as a plan or an ad budget, are shown in SBX. Money that other people pay you does not go into the wallet.

Can I withdraw money from my wallet?

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · No. Money in your wallet stays in Sebairo. It is spent on Pro or Business plans and on ad delivery, and it cannot be sent to another user.

Getting paid as a seller

Selling & your storefront · The buyer pays you directly, by any method the two of you agree, such as cash on collection, a bank transfer or a payment app. Sebairo does not collect payment for a sale, and takes no commission and no listing fee.

How to spot a scam

Signing in & account security · Sebairo never asks for your password, a one-time code or a card number, whether in a chat, an email or a phone call. Anyone who asks for them is pretending to be Sebairo, however convincing they look.
