Sending SBX and payment requests

You can send SBX to another Sebairo user from your wallet. Only cash can be sent — the SBX other people sent you. Credits (SBX you bought or received as a bonus) cannot leave your account.

Open your wallet and choose Transfer.
Pick the recipient and enter the amount.
Confirm. The transfer is instant and appears in both wallets' histories.

You can send up to 100 SBX in 24 hours and up to 1,000 SBX in 30 days.

Payment requests

A payment request asks someone to pay you a set amount. When they accept it, it is paid through the same transfer — from their cash balance, counting toward the same limits.

A transfer cannot be reversed. Treat it like handing over cash: check the recipient before you confirm, and never send to strangers promising returns, prizes or "unlocking" fees — that is always a scam.

If you were tricked into a transfer, email support@sebairo.com with the transaction details from your wallet history, and report the account from its profile.

How much SBX can I send?

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · You can send up to 100 SBX in any 24 hours, and up to 1,000 SBX in any 30 days. Both windows are rolling rather than calendar-based: an amount you sent yesterday afternoon frees up tomorrow afternoon, not at midnight.

What's the difference between credits and cash in my wallet?

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Your SBX Wallet holds two balances: credits and cash. Credits are SBX you bought or received as a bonus — you can spend them in Sebairo, but not send or withdraw them. Cash is SBX other people sent you — you can spend it, send it to someone else, or withdraw it.

How to spot a scam

Signing in & account security · Sebairo never asks for your password, a one-time code or a card number — not in a chat, an email or a phone call. No genuine feature needs them, so anyone asking is pretending to be us, however convincing they look.

Withdrawing your cash balance

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · You can withdraw your cash balance — the SBX other people sent you. The minimum withdrawal is 10 SBX (£10). Credits (SBX you bought or received as a bonus) cannot be withdrawn.
