Changing or cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to Free.

There are no partial refunds for the remainder of a period — you keep what you paid for until it expires.

You hold one plan at a time and can't switch to a different plan in the middle of a paid period. To change plans, let the current period end, then take the plan you want.

Your wallet balance is separate from your subscription and is never touched by cancelling: credits stay credits and cash stays cash.

After the period ends, the paid business tools are no longer available. Everything core — chats, calls, the feed, Marketplace, Jobs and workspace basics — continues as normal on Free.
