How subscription billing works

A plan is paid from the credits in your wallet and renews from them, monthly or yearly depending on the billing you chose, until you cancel. Each plan's price is shown on the Plans screen, and you need that many credits in your wallet when you subscribe.

Yearly billing costs roughly two months less than paying monthly for the same plan.

Renewal

When a period ends, the next one is paid from your credits automatically. If your wallet cannot cover the renewal, the plan ends and your account returns to Free. Subscribe again from Plans when you have credits.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Plans. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, renewal is switched off and you are not charged again. To keep the plan, turn renewal back on from the same screen before the period ends.

Switching plans

You can switch to another plan at any time from Plans. The unused part of your current period returns to your wallet as credits, the new plan is paid in full from your credits, and its period starts immediately.

Apart from the time returned when you switch, plan payments are not refundable.

Plans add business tools. Chats, calls, the feed and the Marketplace are free on every account.
