How subscription billing works

Subscription payments come from your SBX Wallet: credits are used first, then cash. This is the same whether you choose monthly or yearly billing.

You hold one plan at a time, and you can't switch to a different plan in the middle of a paid period.

Yearly billing costs roughly two months less than paying monthly for the same plan.

Renewal

When a period ends, the next one is paid from your wallet in the same way. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for and are not charged again.

Subscription payments are not refundable.

A subscription only pays for the extra business tools — everything core in Sebairo, from chats and calls to the feed and Marketplace, is free without one.

Changing or cancelling your subscription

Plans & what costs money · You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to Free.

What's the difference between credits and cash in my wallet?

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Your SBX Wallet holds two balances: credits and cash. Credits are SBX you bought or received as a bonus — you can spend them in Sebairo, but not send or withdraw them. Cash is SBX other people sent you — you can spend it, send it to someone else, or withdraw it.

A charge in your wallet looks wrong

Wallet, subscriptions & payments · Start with your wallet history. Every credit and debit is recorded there with a description and a reference, so it shows exactly what each charge was for.
