Media Manager

Organising your media into folders

Updated: 2026-08-27

Media Manager gathers the photos and videos you have uploaded to Sebairo in one place, and folders let you organise them however suits you.

  1. Open Media Manager from the Apps tab.
  2. Tap New folder and give it a name.
  3. Move files into it from the menu on each file, or upload straight into the folder.

Files you have not filed yet sit in Unfiled — a normal place you can open like any folder. Each folder shows how many items are inside.

Deleting or renaming a folder

Deleting a folder never deletes the files in it: they move back to Unfiled and stay in your library. Renaming a folder changes only its name.

Folders are for your own organisation and are private to you. Where a file actually appears in the app is shown on the Used in tab.

Seeing where a file is used, and what deleting does
Media Manager · The Used in tab in Media Manager shows where each of your files appears — posts, reels, ads and chats. One file can be used in several places while staying a single file in your library.
How do I post to the feed?
Feed, stories & reels · Share a post from the Home tab: tap the create button, write what you want to say, choose who can see it, and share.
Files in a workspace
Workspaces & teams · Files in a workspace are private to that workspace: only its members can open them, according to the Files app's permissions for their role. A file link doesn't work for anyone outside the workspace.
