Why doesn't my live stream have a replay?

A replay exists only when the stream was recorded. Recording is the "keep a replay" toggle you choose as the host when you set the stream up — a stream with recording off never has a replay.

When the stream was recorded, the replay appears on the stream page after the stream ends and the recording finishes processing. Processing can take a while, so a stream that has just ended may show no replay yet.

If no replay appears, the stream wasn't recorded. There is no way to add a replay to a stream after it has ended, so check the "keep a replay" toggle before you go live when the replay matters to you.

If a replay you expected is still missing well after the stream ended, contact support at support@sebairo.com and say which stream and when.
