How do I post a story or a reel?
A story is a quick photo or video that your contacts can see for 24 hours. A reel is a short video posted to the feed.
Post a story
- On the Home tab, tap the story ring.
- Capture something new, or pick a photo or video from your phone.
- Share it.
Your contacts get a notification when you post a story. The story disappears after 24 hours, and you can delete it earlier from the story itself.
Post a reel
- Tap the create button on the Home tab.
- Record or upload your clip.
- Publish it.
A reel is a post, so it appears in the feed and people can react and comment. You can remove a reel whenever you want from its menu.
Uploads need a reasonable connection — if a story or reel seems stuck, check your signal and try again on Wi-Fi.
