Choosing who can see a post
Every post has an audience you choose when you post it: Public, Followers, Contacts or Only me.
- Public — any signed-in Sebairo user can see it.
- Followers — the people who follow you.
- Contacts — the people in your contacts. This is your own list: someone who has you in their contacts but is not in yours will not see the post. If a contact says they can't see your post, add them to your contacts.
- Only me — private to you.
Changing the audience later
You can change a post's audience at any time from the post's menu. The new audience applies from the moment you change it: widening shows the post to more people from then on, and narrowing stops it reaching people outside the new audience. It does not undo the past — someone who already saw the post while it was wider has still seen it.
A poll attached to a post follows its own visibility rules, not the post's audience — read "Adding a poll to a post" before putting a poll on a narrow post.
